A Roll Nut with a spring-loaded ball bearing. These nuts are used to add an M6 thread to any point along a standard Unibox System channel. The nut can be retro-fitted into any Unibox System channel whilst the ball bearing holds it in place. Once fitted, it can still be moved along the channel.
